November Thanksgiving Preview

You can make your bird more than just a bird:

Try soaking your turkey overnight in a roaster bag in the fridge, in a bath of water and  1 lb of kosher salt for the most tender delicious turkey ever.  Be sure to dilute the salt water first in hot water and then cool down the water before adding it to the bag.  Drain and rinse well, then cook as you normally would.
