A.      Private Catering

 

 

Hire Chef Kraemer as your Private Chef for the evening and we’ll create a special menu for:  

 

A Family-style or Buffet-style Dinner Parties pricing starts at $25.00 per person including all food cost—depending on type of food, how many guests attending (with a twelve person minimum), and type of service required, we will work with you every time to make your party a huge success, and make you, the host, feel like royalty in your own home!

 

 

An Elegant 4-Course Dinner Party  prepared in the comfort of your home prices include meal preparation, cost of food, wine pairing, table service and spotless clean-up.

 

Typically Hors d’oeuvres, Soup or Salad, Entrée with Vegetables and Dessertfully customized to suit your personal preferences and diet.

 

o     Romantic Dinner for Two $295

o     Four adults, children under 12 are included:  $395

o     Six adults, children under 12 are included:  $495

o     Each additional guest:  $50

            cost of Wine not included, but I’ll pair and shop for your Wine at no additional cost.

 

 

B.          Private Chef

 

            Chef Barry Kraemer is available on a contract basis to be your Private Chef for a Day, Week, Month or Year.

 

            Whether you need meals throughout the day, meals planned in advance, corporate private dinners, set catering for your film or production crew or music studio, family-style meals including many guests, or travel, Chef Barry can anticipate your every need, make your guests feel comforted with amazing food, and help you achieve dietary goals you have been dreaming about.

 

            (all food, materials and expenses billed separately as a reimbursement or forwarded as a retainer)      

                              

                                Daily, Bi-Weekly, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly--Chef Service Rates depend on schedule, travel, service required, and length of service contract--negotiable upon interview or tasting.

C.      Special Events Catering

 

         Full scale catering for your Special Events from 10 to 300 people all service and staffing provided, including bartending and servers. We work within your budgetwhatever your event requires, and will please you and your guests, exceeding your expectations of gourmet natural foods and personal service time and again!
